Stay Away From Stress: Must For Men’s Health

These days everyone complains about one or the other problem in their life. Stress engulfs our lives no one can escape from stress. These days’ people are under continuous rush both at home and at work. People try to complete multiple things in the shortest time. But it is men who suffer a lot from stress.
What Exactly Is Stress?
There could be different understandings of the reasons of stress. Stress is generally said to take toll when a man is under excess pressure from different sources at home, at work, or elsewhere. Men cannot work in stress or under pressure and their life becomes like hell. It happens that they can neither concentrate on work nor at home properly. They try to find peace in the hectic contemporary life style but they fail to find that peace, love and care. Stress kills both their professional and personal lives. They do not like to do anything and most of the men go in depression which makes their life hellish.
Effects of Stress on Men:
Men largely become the victims of stress and work pressure. They suffer from different diseases due to over stress like impotence, cardiac arrest, depression, short temper and various others. Besides, it could result in hair loss, skin problems and even cause you to gain weight. Men find it hard to keep their cool and cannot stay calm at public places when they are in stress and their intimate relation with their wives suffers at home. Stressed out men also tend to lose their temper easily.
Ways to Stay Avoid Stress
Men should try to stay away from stress as much as possible. The following may be of help:
Meditate twice a day
Practice yoga exercises
Include broccoli, whole wheat grains, nuts, blueberries, milk yoghurt and carrot in your diet chart
