3 Healthy Foods to Eat Lose Weight, Be Thin, and Feel Healthy

There are tons of foods out there that you can eat that will give you the optimal results that you need in order to have that “prime” body - but you have to make sure that you are putting a little physical activity and eating less big meals more often.

Lean Meats, Grilled Fish, Grilled Poultry, Boiled Eggs

Believe it or not, protein is your key to success when you are trying to lose as much weight as possible. Protein gives you those nutrients that you need in order to build muscle, and remember: when you build more muscle, you are also decreasing the amount of fat that’s inside of your body.

So you want to make sure that you have more muscle inside of your body than fat, plus - you don’t have to want to be a body builder to want to have more muscle. You may want to invest a little cash inside of a George Foreman Grill so that you can burn off all the fat when you decide to cook meats.

Apples, Pears, and Banana

Actually, most all fruits are extremely good for you to eat, but you definitely want to eat bananas. Bananas in the morning and throughout the day are an excellent source of potassium and help you get full, so you won’t too many urges throughout the day to eat all those fatty foods.

You also want to eat apples and pears as they are great and have chemicals in them that allow you to somewhat reduce your appetite, this can help you get in shape faster, more efficiently, and much more healthy as well!

Whole Grains

Whole grains are excellent to burn fat and get in much better shape. When we say carbs - we mean the unprocessed carbs; we’re talking oatmeal, whole grain non-processed cereal, brown rice, wheat bread - by eating these foods, you’ll have much a much more healthy diet - so why not start today? Many people have seen incredible success by these subtle yet effective dieting changes.
